If there’s one thing I continue to learn when it comes to health & fitness, this is it.
No one journey is the same as another. Every person has different goals, different mentalities, and different steps they have to take for their body.
Because of my own history and struggles with food, I know my path looks different than a lot of those around me. And that’s ok! What’s important is I know my triggers and I’m constantly learning how to handle them. How to break free and find balance again.
What’s important is knowing that your journey is just that, yours.
